Acceptance

By accessing or using Flowork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service description

Flowork is a visual collaboration platform that lets you create infinite boards, organize notes and tasks, and import content from third-party services such as YouTube. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no automated scraping, no upload of illegal or infringing content, no attempt to disrupt the service or compromise other users' data.

Third-party integrations

When you connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth, you authorize Flowork to access your subscriptions and playlists in read-only mode. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings or by disconnecting from Flowork. We use the YouTube Data API v3 in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can stop using Flowork at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
